The ENT for Secondary schools and High schools in the Grand Est Region
Mon Bureau Numérique (MBN) is the name of the new project launched by a territorial consortium comprising the Region Grand Est, the Regional education authorities of Reims, Strasbourg and Nancy-Metz, the DRAAF and the 10 County councils (Ardennes, Aube, Marne, Haute-Marne, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Vosges).It covers 841 public, private and agricultural Schools and 413,000 Students.
Assignment needs
The Local authorities, the three Regional education authorities and the DRAAF wish to unite the Educational community of all the teaching networks around a single point of access to a range of high-performance digital services: the EMS (Education Management Software) Digital Workspace.
In line with the High schools 4.0 program, as well as those specifically led by the County, the aim of Mon Bureau Numérique is to help students succeed at school, bring schools and families closer together, and develop new teaching and collaborative practices using today's digital innovations.cole and families, develop new teaching and collaborative practices using today's digital innovations, and combat illiteracy.
Skolengo offers a secure, more accessible educational ecosystem for the Educational community. It will contribute to the development of "Digital Education" as part of the High school 4.0 program.

The challenge was to deploy Skolengo in just 3 months, in SaaS mode and in a homogeneous way to the vast majority of schools (700 schools deployed). The project team also wanted to set up a training program and dedicated dedicated assistance Educational community. It also wanted to take over the operation of the existing Moodle platform, harmonize its functional scope and integrate it further into the ENT.
The project
To ensure rapid adoption of the tool, Kosmos set up a customized training plan for the 10 Counties and the Region.23 trainers were mobilized for 196 sessions over 6 weeks to train nearly 700 Schools.
The Mon Bureau Numérique ENT offers a complete range of services covering Schooling, Teaching, collaborative and communication tools.
The advanced integration of high value-added Servicesin the solution makes ENT the School Principal lever for integrating digital technology into the educational ecosystem. From a technical point of view, Kosmos carried out advanced integration of Moodle, while ensuring its hosting and maintenance.
The integration of business connectors such as Moodle brings added value to Teachers' missions. Teaching paths become permanent.

In addition, each School has its own publicpublic Internet portalto communicate with the Educational community: registration procedures, school catering, scholarships, educational initiatives, etc.
Skolengo's main services are also available via a dedicateddedicated Mobile applicationwhich can be downloaded from various stores.
My Digital Office's features will enable better communication, collaboration and learning differentiation.
Summary
With 841 Schools and almost 1.5 million Users, the My Digital Office project is the largest educational digital project in Europe.
By drawing on its business know-how and technical expertise, Kosmos demonstrated its ability to operate large-scale projects. Budgets and deadlines were perfectly respected.
The integrated SaaS approach is highly flexible and efficient. It enables large-scale deployments with a high level of personal data security. It homogenizes the School's information system, reducing its complexity and its investment and operating costs.
As part of the High schools 4.0 project, the Region Grand Est is a major national pilot for the implementation of the French Ministry of Education's GAR project. This GAR project has now been extended to 634 Schools. Through the EMS Skolengo, this large-scale territorial deployment of the GAR project is unique in France.
