Skolengo, Kosmos' fully-integrated EMS (Education Management Software) evolves throughout the year, in line with user feedback. Discover the changes implemented since last November.
Depending on your project, some of these new features are already available, or will be very soon. Some new Teaching Services features are only available to users of our Schooling module.
LSU, LSL and Parcoursup exports
The French Ministry of Education (MEN) has regularly updated the formats for exporting Schooling data to feed its own applications. We upgraded the ENT accordingly, and the MEN has confirmed our compatibility with its new formats: LSU Livret Scolaire Unique for Secondary schools, LSL Livret Scolaire du High school, but also Parcoursup.
Parcoursup exports have also been improved. The interface automatically proposes a selection of classes and periods to be exported, and it is now possible to export an unlimited number of classes simultaneously.
Timetables to suit every Student
Skolengo's Timetable solution lets you define individualized individualized arrangements for Students in just a few clicks.. These arrangements are then transferred directly to the School's Timetable, so that the various Services can see the Student's new timetable.
Students with accommodations only see the Lessons that apply to them. Teachers also have this information at the time of The attendance register: these students are displayed as absent and cannot be modified in the Attendance sheets. More interactivity in Class with the Exerciser
Thanks to the integration of the exerciser into the the Teaching binder, Course(s) become more interactive You can insert quizzes, multiple-choice questions and timelines into your teaching activities. Display them full-screen on the blackboard for your students to answer during Class time, or distribute them with instructions as work to do at home.
With the new activity-sharing feature, exchange your teaching activities with other teachers, so as to resources and enrich your teaching.
An interactive calendar for a truly personalized follow-up of your Student database.
Users of the Schooling module integrated into the ENT, ddiscover the new Agenda view, accessible from the Student record, which gives you a summary overview of a Student's Lessons and Schooling events.. The cross-referenced display of attendance (absences, exemptions, late arrivals and departures) and behavior (disciplinary measures) on the student's AgendaStudent's diary, the CPE can carry out a personalized analysis of the Student's behavior over the course of a week. This business interface highlights each event by assigning it a color and direct access for editing. This is a real saves the CPE a great deal of time to carry out their missions.
