Are you a School principal who needs to contact a Student's parents in a hurry? Are you a Teacher who needs to prepare a meeting with the parents of a Student?
The new Student record in your Skolengo digital space lets you find, on a single screen, all the essential information you need about your Student useful contacts, Timetable, Absence(s), history of communications with Legal guardians...
Developed in consultation with members of the Skolengo Schooling and Timetable Users' Club, the Student record has been redesigned to be an efficient, easy-to-use business tool.
The Student record has also been enriched with a new section entitled "Student record".Comments"This allows you to share essential or sensitive information about a Student with School staff.
In the Sections CommentsSchool principal can choose who will have access to the following categories:
- Teaching,
- education,
- health
- and family.
For example, it may not allow CPEs and Teachers to access the "Health" Sections. It is equipped with all the functionalities needed to guarantee School principals' compliance with the RGPD "General Data Protection Regulation.
There are two ways to access your Student records:
- Enter the first few letters of a Student's name directly in the search bar in your Skolengo digital space,
- Or go to the left-hand menu.
