We advise you to start preparing your school catering management for the start of the new school year. The Skolengo team is at your disposal today to help you reinitialize the service.
6 key steps to take in the Foodservices department
Beforehand, make sure that a backupsoftware backup has been madebefore you start closing
- Check that there are noany slips, direct debits or invoices in progress
- Close the current school year (with or without balance recovery) in Settings / Finance
- Generate canteen daysin the Catering service
- Initialize accountsby importing into the Settings / Finance department
- Check meal prices for the coming yearin the Catering department(and modify them if necessary)
- Close the accounting yearin the accounting department
